Sr Product Manager – Deposit Growth & Execution

Responsibilities
Define and lead product vision: Create and own the strategic direction for one or more complex products.
Drive strategic decisions: Guide decision-making processes for products by aligning them with organizational goals and business strategy.
Own end-to-end product strategy: Develop, own, and manage full end-to-end strategy for consumer savings portfolio (account acquisition, retention, and new feature enhancements).
P&L responsibility: Accountable for P&L (cost allocation/expenses), establishing and driving savings unit growth and A/B testing.
Product expertise and innovation: Demonstrate understanding of balance growth and retention, with new innovative ways to bundle and enhance services to meet members' needs and financial objectives.
Manage end-to-end product flow: From research to design to delivery, manage the entire lifecycle of the product, ensuring smooth transitions and effective outcomes across all stages.
Prioritize and set release goals: Manage and prioritize product releases, ensuring key deliverables are met while balancing multiple product initiatives.
Track and analyze product performance: Define and track performance metrics, using data to help measure effectiveness and continuously refine products to achieve desired business outcomes.
Drive product growth through data: Use data as a core input for decision-making, demonstrating the ability to identify data needs, collaborate on data sourcing, understand analytical outputs and underlying logic, and convert insights into strategies that accelerate product growth and measurable impact.
Communicate across the organization: Present ideas and data-driven insights to all levels of the organization, fostering understanding and alignment on product goals and direction.
Incorporate insights and refine roadmaps: Capture feedback and lessons learned to adapt the product vision, ensuring continuous improvement and responsiveness to evolving needs.
Own product lifecycle: Take full ownership of your product throughout its lifecycle, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively and continuously evolve with market trends.
Build vendor relationships: Manage and nurture relationships with external vendors, ensuring they are aligned with our product goals and contribute to successful outcomes.
Collaborate across ecosystems: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business capabilities.
Stay ahead of industry trends: Monitor the latest trends and apply industry knowledge to keep our products relevant, competitive, and aligned with the voice of the member.
Understand member needs: Infuse member insights into your product development process, ensuring that every decision made resonates with and meets the needs of our members.
Manage product financials: Oversee product budgets, approve expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met to maintain product profitability.
Share information across teams: Foster a culture of transparency by effectively sharing information and knowledge across all levels of the team.
Provide leadership and mentorship: Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to team members and other stakeholders to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required.
Minimum 7 years of product management, product development, product operations, or equivalent experience.
Experience working with checking, savings, money market and CD deposit products from a growth and execution perspective.

Pay
The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.
Schedule
Depending on location, this role may be either remote or onsite. For those candidates that live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote.
