Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required
- Minimum 7 years of product management, product development, product operations, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with checking, savings, money market and CD deposit products from a growth and execution perspective
Benefits
At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Compensation includes a pay range of $156,200.00 - $190,800.00 annually, with a full range of $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. Additional benefits include:

Pay
The target pay range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full pay range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually.
Schedule
This role may be primarily remote, with occasional in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays if you are located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC).
