What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Certified Service Provider program for industrial energy storage
  • Define certification standards, training pathways, and performance criteria for certified service partners
  • Build the product requirements, tools, portals, work order systems that CSPs use to dispatch, document, and close out service work
  • Establish service level commitments, scorecards, and recertification processes that hold the partner network to consistent quality
  • Work with project finance and asset management teams to align CSP coverage with warranty, performance guarantee, and long-term service agreement obligations
  • Manage relationships with vendor partners on contract scope, pricing models, and parts logistics
  • Define data and reporting requirements so that CSP work feeds back into reliability, fleet health, and warranty analytics
  • Drive geographic expansion of the program into new markets in step with deployment growth
  • Partner with software, hardware, and operations PMs to ensure new product launches include a CSP service strategy from day one

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management, asset management, or service operations experience in battery energy storage, renewable energy, or comparable industrial sectors
  • Direct experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS) in operations, service, or asset management of utility-scale assets and Data Centers
  • Background in project finance, long-term service agreements, performance guarantees, or warranty economics for industrial assets
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, or certified partner networks at scale
  • Ability to translate operational, contractual, and financial constraints into clear product requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives, partners, and field teams
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to partner sites and project locations

Expected Compensation

$112,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
