Sr Product Manager, Business Transformation
About the role
Seeking a sr Product/Program Manager with a strong background in business process transformation, product ownership, and automation. Candidates should have experience translating business requirements into scalable solutions, managing cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, and driving operational improvements. Strong Salesforce experience is required, along with exposure to agentic AI, workflow automation, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms such as Certinia/FinancialForce or similar technologies.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60-72 an hour depending on experience, with a more specific range of $70.00 - $72.00/hr.
Schedule
On Site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EDT (Hybrid potential), with a 12 month contract and potential for extension.
