Sr. Product Manager

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap planning and promotion
- Manage product development process for time to market
- Deliver products with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive timely product delivery
- Work with vendors, customers or 3rd parties to assess technologies and business opportunities
- Plan and manage NPI activities
- Lead Beta and Pilot programs
- Plan and execute internal training for global Sales and FAE teams
- Act as a leader within the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 8+ years in managing electronics circuits design, development, and validation
- Minimum 5+ years of job experience in the PC/Server/Networking industry with the role and responsibilities of product management and program management
- Proven track record of successfully launching outstanding products with experience in managing high speed board design process
- Schedule control and Product TTM experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing CM and understanding of supply chain management
- Server systems architecture knowledge especially with enterprise storage hardware and software, NVMe, RAID, expanders, NAS, SAN, ISCSI, I2C and GPIO
- M.2 and U.2 devices, and other storage technologies preferred
- Prior design, testing, NPI experience preferred
- A team worker with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to travel when requested
Pay
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
