About the Opportunity: The SR. PRODUCT MANAGER is responsible for overseeing the core product surfaces used by loan officers, including the Presentation Experience, desktop and mobile applications, and RateWatch. This role ensures consistency and quality across platforms, translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, and maintaining alignment among engineering, design, and business stakeholders. It plays a critical role in driving product direction and improving user experience for loan officers.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development for Presentation Experience, desktop, mobile app, and RateWatch.
• Gather user feedback and usage data to iterate and improve features.
• Identify inconsistencies and strengthen the product experience across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain a sequenced product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• Conduct discovery and feedback sessions with loan officers.
• Coordinate timelines and key performance indicators across teams.
• Identify and communicate risks, trade-offs, and capacity issues with recommendations.
• Keep business stakeholders informed on product developments and timelines.

Requirements

• Five or more years of product management experience with ownership of a shipped B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in the mortgage industry with understanding of loan officer workflows.
• Proven ability to manage a product across multiple platforms and unify the user experience.
• Skilled in conducting customer interviews and managing discovery or feedback programs.
• Ability to independently own and manage a product roadmap.
• Strong communication skills with engineers, leadership, and customers.
• Good judgment in ambiguous situations, with the ability to establish structure and adapt based on data.
• Preferred: Experience managing technical roadmaps and engineering trade-offs.

Pay

Compensation: $135,000 - $176,900

100% Remote position with a virtual office
