• Manage and oversee functional areas
• Provide staff management and guidance
• Manage and ensure service delivery of products
• Create, recommend, and implement product improvements
• Participate in developing new business and/or task order proposals

• Develop processes for leveraging and using resources
• Investigate and resolve matters of significance
• Communicate with customers, management, and staff
• Select and hire employees
• Train and evaluate employees
• Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions
• Motivate and reward employees

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management
• Advanced knowledge of Methodologies, Budgeting, Planning, and Delivery Frameworks
• 8+ years of leadership experience
• Strong expertise in financial management
• Demonstrated experience in public sector environments
• Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills

• The pay range for this position is $116,600.00 - $166,600.00 per year
