Sr. Product Manager 1 – Technical

This role sits within the Identity team, which focuses on building secure and seamless account access solutions that comply with global standards and enhance user experience. What Will You Do? As a Sr. Product Manager 1 – Technical at eBay, you will manage the product strategy and roadmap for the Identity Account Access and security area, including sign-in, account recovery, and re-authentication processes. You will design and deliver secure, frictionless account access methods using technologies such as Passkeys, Biometrics, TOTP, and Push while implementing risk-based verification systems. Additionally, you will partner with engineering, security, legal, and UX teams to build scalable solutions and use data and experimentation tools like SQL, Tableau, and Optimizely to measure KPIs and reduce account takeover risks.
