Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new pharmacy automation systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new medication dispensing workflows
• Provide technical support and training to users of automated dispensing systems
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into existing systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations or related field
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy automation systems and workflow optimization
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of employment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to pharmacy automation

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
