Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new pharmacy automation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new medication dispensing workflows
- Provide technical support and training to users of automated dispensing systems
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into existing systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations or related field
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy automation systems and workflow optimization
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to pharmacy automation

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
