Sr. Product Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will partner with customers to uncover operational pain points, assess opportunities for improvement, and shape practical solutions that improve service experience and measurable business outcomes. You will translate analysis into clear business cases and roadmaps while working across stakeholders to guide implementation and adoption. The position requires a strong blend of consulting, data analysis, and executive communication in a complex, customer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead customer discovery and assessments to identify operational pain points and value opportunities Develop compelling business cases and roadmaps that quantify impact and improvement areas Analyze data to validate assumptions and establish performance baselines Advise customers on service experience strategies and operational improvements Guide clients through implementation processes and change management Create and present high-quality deliverables to executive stakeholders Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development Qualifications 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, product consulting, or customer success Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations and customer service Advanced consulting skills, including process mapping and business case development Proficiency in data analysis with a strong ability to quantify operational impact Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders Experience with AI-enabled service technologies preferred Benefits Fully remote work offering better work/life balance Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans Generous PTO with buy/sell options and an additional volunteer day 401(k) with employer matching contributions Tuition assistance and financial planning consultation Comprehensive e-learning resources available at no cost Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
