Sr. Product Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product backlogs.
• Support Product Owners across multiple product teams.
• Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze product performance and adoption metrics.
• Prioritize enhancements and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate intake, triage, and prioritization processes.
• Drive consistency across product operating models.
• Create dashboards, reporting, and executive insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Analyst or Product Operations experience.
• Strong Jira experience.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Backlog management expertise.
• User story development experience.
• Product analytics and reporting skills.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Highly Preferred Skills

• AI-enabled workflow improvement experience.
• Vendor Management or Procurement tool experience.
• Product lifecycle governance experience.
• Power BI, Tableau, or SQL experience.
• Enterprise technology environment experience.
• Media, entertainment, or consulting background.
