Sr. Product Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will help translate complex business needs into clear product requirements that support data-informed decision-making and effective feature delivery. You will partner closely with Product Management, engineering, and other stakeholders to shape solutions that improve user experiences and operational outcomes. The position also plays a key role in analysis, planning, and cross-functional alignment across the product lifecycle. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $102,000 – $128,000 annually Responsibilities Lead stakeholder alignment through requirements-gathering sessions Document complex business challenges into use cases and user stories Conduct data analysis to reveal trends and actionable insights Collaborate with product managers and engineers on feature development Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams Create visual artifacts such as process flows and journey maps to support decision-making Identify process bottlenecks and recommend optimizations Contribute to strategic planning and support roadmap discussions Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in tools and techniques Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product analysis, or 3+ years with an advanced degree Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Demonstrated ability to articulate complex business problems and solutions Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience collaborating closely with Product Management teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and align stakeholders Benefits Remote-first work environment with a flexible schedule Unlimited paid time off (PTO) 401(k) plan with employer match Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
