About the role
This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Gathering and translating business requirements into system and process enhancements
- Reviewing Material Master, Procurement, Maintenance, and Warehouse processes and recommending improvements
- Participating in system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment
- Managing and governing Material Master and Procurement master data
- Providing training/coaching on systems, data, and procedures
- Conducting compliance reviews
- Generating analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, 8 years of job-related experience
- Functional SAP knowledge (MM, PM, and FI/CO preferred)
- Experience with Material and Service Master Data Management (preferred)
- Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications
- Experience with process mapping, system workflow documentation, and testing methodologies
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across IT, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance
- Effective communication and customer service skills
