Sr Procurement Analyst

Major Job Accountabilities

• Responsibly for supplier relationships as assigned by Category Lead
• Develops, maintains, and executes the portfolio of Category and Supplier Strategies.
• Support Category Leads in sourcing events, supplier onboarding, and contract administration.
• Maintain and analyze category spend data, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Track and report category-specific KPIs (e.g., AOG events, supplier response times, cost metrics).
• Cook up and report category-specific KPIs (e.g., AOG events, supplier response times, cost metrics).
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support operational needs.
• Aid in maintaining a global supplier database aligned to category requirements.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contract terms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the category.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• MBA or CPM preferred
• 1-4 years procurement, supply chain or analytics experience required
• Aviation experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously and maintain tight timelines while meeting targeted savings outcomes.
• Strong conflict management, problem-solving, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience with analytical tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Smartsheets and Tableau.
