Sr. Process Engineer
- list of responsibilities.
Requirements: The "WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR" bullet list. That's requirements. So Requirements section with list.
Qualifications: There's "ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:" bullet list, then "MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:" bullet list, then "PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:" bullet list. Could combine into Qualifications section with sub-sections? But we only have h3 headings allowed; we could have one Qualifications section and include all qualification bullets (maybe separate with

paragraphs introducing each group then
- . That's fine.
Skills: There's no explicit skills section separate from qualifications. Could we extract skills from qualifications? Might be redundant. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we don't have distinct skills content, we could omit Skills section. So we will not include Skills if no specific content.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Now we need to strip boilerplate: EEO, Reasonable Accommodations, Recruitment Agencies, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove "WHAT WE OFFER plus more!" but we keep benefits.
Also remove "PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:" and "HOURS & WORKDAYS:" we already used hours for schedule; physical demands maybe not needed as separate section; could be omitted as not requested. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Physical demands is specific content but not one of the allowed headings; we could incorporate into Schedule or maybe omit because not requested headings. The allowed headings list does not include Physical Demands. So we should not create a heading for it. We could incorporate that info into Schedule? Not appropriate. Better to omit it because we cannot create a heading not in list. The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but likely the only allowed headings. Safer to only use those headings. So we will not include Physical Demands. Now we need to preserve all substantive information from the posting, except boilerplate. That includes the travel requirement, location, FLSA status, employment category, etc. Those are in About the role section. Now we need to format. Let's craft HTML:
About the role

Then Responsibilities:Responsibilities
The Senior Process Engineer is a hands-on manufacturing engineering role and senior technical leader responsible for improving the stability, repeatability, throughput, yield, quality, and cost performance of Bakersfield processing systems. The role works directly with Operations, Maintenance, Quality/Food Safety, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and OEM/vendor resources to identify chronic process losses, determine root causes, set technical direction, and implement sustainable corrective actions. A critical responsibility is translating process needs into effective automation and control solutions. The Senior Process Engineer will work in close partnership with a Controls Engineer or Automation Specialist to develop functional requirements, troubleshoot control-related process issues, support and validate PLC/HMI, sequence, recipe, setpoint, interlock, instrumentation, and alarm changes, and confirm that improvements deliver the intended process result. This position provides the process expertise required to make controls changes effective and sustainable and is not intended to replace the controls/automation function.

headings? Not allowed? We can include
