Sr Process Engineer

As a Senior Process Engineer at QVC, you'll help drive innovation and operational excellence across our Fulfillment Centers, reporting to the Sr Manager, Process Engineering. You'll lead impactful projects, from quick wins to large-scale automation initiatives, collaborating with accomplished engineers and cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, enhancing customer and employee satisfaction, and delivering measurable cost savings. You'll refine our labor management systems and support continuous improvement efforts that shape our future. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and expertise will be valued, and your growth as a leader will be supported.
Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Ontario Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in industrial engineering or a related field, ideally within a fulfillment or distribution environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse management, controls, and execution systems and their impact across the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with leading warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Red Prairie/JDA/Blue Yonder) and labor reporting systems (e.g., MOST, Standards Pro, Labor Pro).
- Willingness to travel 15-25% to support multiple sites and projects.
