Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process development for rare earth metal and magnet production lines.
- Implement statistical process control, lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and control plans.
- Collaborate with R&D to transition new technologies into production.
- Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5+ years of process engineering experience in advanced materials or metals.
- Strong background in process scale-up and manufacturing optimization.
- Proficiency with DOE, SPC, and process simulation tools.
