Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Provide extensive troubleshooting support for manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, vision systems, robotics, and sensors.
- Identify and resolve process and equipment issues promptly.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to determine underlying causes of process and equipment failures.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate recurrence.
- Work with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to monitor and improve manufacturing performance.
- Provide technical support to production teams, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and overall manufacturing performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and work instructions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and R&D, to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and troubleshooting solutions.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Experience working with OEE and SCADA systems, preferred
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, preferred
Pay
Anticipated salary range: $76,700 - $109,500
