Sr Principal Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for probe card products in production settings
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues affecting performance
• Perform root cause analysis on probe card failures and collaborate on corrective actions
• Develop expertise in advanced the company probe technologies like MEMS and cantilever probes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams to enhance product performance
• Deliver onsite support and training to customers regarding probe card operations
• Analyze data from wafer test systems, producing technical reports and performance metrics

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor test processes or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline; equivalent experience also considered
• Hands-on mechanical ability and familiarity with wafer probers
• Technical support experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Fluency in Mandarin or Korean highly preferred
