Sr. Principal Technical Services Project Management

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Services Project Management to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. In this remote role, you will provide portfolio-level project management leadership across complex IT initiatives that support operational readiness and business execution. You will serve as a central coordinator for governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams. This position requires strong cross-functional partnership skills and the ability to drive visibility, accountability, and timely execution across a diverse portfolio. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,300 – $193,900 annually Responsibilities Serve as the central point for tracking and reporting on IT initiatives Establish and maintain portfolio-level dashboards for leadership visibility Lead and coordinate Project Management Reviews (PMRs) and governance forums Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues across the IT portfolio Engage with service line teams to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives Partner with HR and Communications for change management activities Define and track KPIs for IT operations and project execution Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 6 years with a Master's degree; or 4 years with a PhD Demonstrated program/project management experience using Traditional Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies Experience managing a portfolio of diverse and complex IT projects with cross-functional dependencies Strong relationship-building skills with internal partners and external vendors Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders Benefits Flexible work arrangements and a friendly team environment Exceptional learning opportunities and exposure to diverse projects 9/80 work schedule for improved work-life balance Great 401k matching program and comprehensive healthcare benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
