About the role
This position is based in Sunnyvale, CA and involves managing activities associated with the Regional Strike Launcher Program Office. The ideal candidate should have a broad skill set balancing interpersonal, business, and technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepares project execution plan and coordinates activities between the customer, partners, and functional teams.
- Collaborates with multiple functional organizations (Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, etc.) to ensure program protection, classified infrastructure, and program processes for handling classified information.
- Coordinates customer and associated contractor information requests and technical information.
- Oversees performance of projects or engagements and utilizes management and technical skills to guide project teams.
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 3 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in Program/Project Management.
- Experience working with multiple functional organizations (Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, etc.).
- An interim US Government secret clearance is required to start.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 6 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in Program/Project Management and/or Risk Management.
- Experience working with multiple functional organizations (Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, etc.).
- An interim US Government secret clearance is required to start.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Skills
- Strategic, Conventional, and/or Regional Strike Launcher Subsystems experience.
- US Navy Programs experience.
- Microsoft system applications and Agile project management tools.
- Cost, schedule, project leadership experience.
- Experience with CAM Responsibilities and EVMS knowledge.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $171,000.00 for the Primary Level and $142,200.00 - $213,400.00 for the Secondary Level. Overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus may also be offered.
