Sr. Principal Program Manager, Business Technology PMO

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of complex, cross-functional M&A integrations
• Exercise independent judgment in environments with organizational friction
• Curate and refine M&A playbooks to accelerate future integrations
• Act as arbiter for trade-offs between speed, cost, and quality during integrations
• Resolve complex issues between legacy systems and the company standards
• Create networks across departments for measurable value realization
• Deliver clear, outcome-focused reporting to executive sponsors

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience with large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• 12+ years managing end-to-end M&A integrations, focusing on organizational friction
• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or high-growth tech environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Management (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant certifications like PMP, PgMP, or equivalent are required
• Deep understanding of the company architecture and multi-tenant compliance requirements
