Responsibilities
- Manage product introductions and manufacturing performance for AI/ML and hardware accelerator-based platforms
- Supervise teams to solve complex problems across technical areas
- Communicate complex issues in simple terms to all levels of the organization
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing sites for product and test infrastructure
- Drive root cause investigations with operational teams to improve FPY and test throughput
- Act as the primary technical interface for customer product introductions
- Contribute to the knowledge base for effective debugging and operational support
Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field required
- 15+ years' experience in hardware product development for enterprise server, storage, or networking products
- Deep understanding of server, storage, networking, and GPGPU architectures
- Experience with systems management for server products, including embedded remote management standards
- Expertise in Linux operating systems and script development
