We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content: - Relocation assistance: No relocation assistance available. - Clearance required: Yes, Secret. - Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time. - Description: paragraph about Northrop Grumman, mission, etc. - Position Overview: description of C2BMC program, RA-An team, seeking Product Owner. - Essential Functions: list of responsibilities (key responsibilities). Should be under Responsibilities heading. - Basic Qualifications: list of qualifications (education, experience, clearance, communication skills, leadership, Agile, etc). Should be under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: - About the role: maybe the description paragraph and position overview. - Responsibilities: essential functions list. - Requirements: basic qualifications (mandatory). - Qualifications: preferred qualifications? Could be separate but maybe combine as Qualifications (preferred). Or we could have Requirements (basic) and Qualifications (preferred). We'll include both. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; but we could extract skills from qualifications (communication, leadership, Agile, etc). However better to not invent. If no explicit skills section, we skip. - Benefits: The "What We Can Offer You" section lists benefits: Health Plan, Savings Plan, Paid Time Off, Education Assistance, Training and Development, Flexible Work Arrangements, plus link. Also mention comprehensive benefits package. So we can include Benefits heading with list. - Pay: Primary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00 plus note about overtime etc. So include Pay heading. - Schedule: Not explicitly given; maybe mention on-site work, no remote options, travel 10% of time. Could be considered schedule? But schedule usually refers to work hours, shift, etc. Not present. So we skip Schedule. - Also include info about relocation assistance, clearance, travel maybe under About the role or a separate section? Could be part of About the role or maybe a meta section but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application period, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive info: relocation assistance, clearance, travel, description, position overview, essential functions, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, benefits, pay. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Thus we strip: - "RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: Yes CLEARANCE TYPE: Secret TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time" we keep but format maybe as a paragraph. - The description paragraphs about Northrop Grumman. - Position Overview paragraph. - Essential Functions list. - Basic Qualifications list (including repeated line about clearance appears twice; we should deduplicate). - Preferred Qualifications list. - Benefits list. - Pay paragraph. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

We need to ensure we didn't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check for duplication: Basic Qualifications includes repeated line about clearance; we should include only once. Let's extract Basic Qualifications content: "Please list your current security clearance and IAT or relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Owner, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree Applicants must have a current, active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently in a highly dynamic environment Proven leadership experience on a technical team in a related field such as software development, systems engineering, integration, or test Experience in Agile software development methodologies and Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming) Demonstrated understanding of how to develop, prioritize, and status features and user stories on an Agile team Ability to prioritize, execute, and delegate tasks effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within cross-functional, collaborative teams 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline Applicants must have a current, active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start" We need to deduplicate the clearance line and maybe the "Please list your current security clearance..." line is separate. We'll keep that as a bullet. We'll produce list items: - Please list your current security clearance and IAT or relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable. - A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Owner, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree - Applicants must have a current, active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently in a highly dynamic environment - Proven leadership experience on a technical team in a related field such as software development, systems engineering, integration, or test - Experience in Agile software development methodologies and Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming) - Demonstrated understanding of how to develop, prioritize, and status features and user stories on an Agile team - Ability to prioritize, execute, and delegate tasks effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities - Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within cross-functional, collaborative teams - 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline That's it. The original is a run-on; we can break by commas and sentences. Let's parse: - Demonstrated expertise as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, including: - Translating stakeholder and customer objectives into prioritized features and user stories - Managing and prioritizing product backlogs - Facilitating sprint ceremonies and driving incremental delivery on a DoD program - Experience leading a multi-site or geographically distributed team - Experience and understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and business management concepts in a software development or analysis environment - Working knowledge of missile defense concepts, such as battle management, command and control, and sensor/weapon system integration - Basic understanding of data analysis of software systems for assessment, root cause analysis, verification, test, and performance characterization - Strong problem-solving, prioritization, stakeholder‑management, and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple product initiatives, dependencies, releases, and competing user priorities concurrently - SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO) certification strongly desired. - Experience with MS Office (including advanced Excel and PowerPoint) and collaboration/lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams - Flexibility and willingness to take on unanticipated tasking and to adapt to changing program priorities We'll output as
