Skill Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in Power BI development, Administration & Governance
- Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery integration
- Proven capability in migrating Tableau dashboards to Power BI
- Leadership experience in technical delivery and mentoring teams
- Experience in Power BI Service administration, including workspace governance, security (RLS), and capacity planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Power BI Embedded and DevOps for BI (CI/CD pipelines)
- Knowledge of Azure Data Platform and hybrid cloud environments
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Power BI development
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling principles
- Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and SQL optimization
- Proven experience in Tableau-to-Power BI migration projects
- Experience in Power BI Service administration, including governance, security, and capacity management
