Sr. Power Platform Engineer

About the role

Mission: Business process management for the health of technology regarding the Wells Fargo workforce. The team focuses on creating analytics processes and reporting, with expansion into AI, specifically CoPilot.

Must Haves

• Proven experience designing and developing low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, CoPilot, Power Apps, AI Builder, Power Automate, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Notebooks, Data Wrangler, etc.)
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• AI capacity: Integration with Microsoft stack, top preference CoPilot
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Alteryx Platform experience
• Experience working with HR/workforce data (e.g., Workday datasets)
• Prior experience leading development teams or mentoring engineers
• Prior banking background (Wells Fargo, Bank of America, US Bank, etc.)
• Background in data analytics and automation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Lead the scaling and optimization of low-code solutions for enterprise use
• Mentor and upskill junior developers to support low-code and AI-driven solutions
• Utilize AI tools such as MS CoPilot, ChatGPT, and Tachyon to enhance automation and efficiency
• Work with HR and workforce data to develop tailored solutions that improve operational processes
