We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need to use for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to extract content: description about role, responsibilities, qualifications, maybe benefits (they mention benefits but no specifics). Since they say "NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members. Click here to learn more." That's not specific content; it's generic. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state they offer benefits but no specifics; it's vague. Likely we should not include Benefits because no specific details. Pay/Schedule also not given. So we may have sections: About the role (maybe from Position Specific Description and Job Overview), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (Required Qualifications and maybe Preferred Qualifications). Skills maybe from Standards & Technical Frameworks? Could be considered Skills. But we can combine.

We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn responsibilities into list items. Also qualifications into list.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from responsibilities, qualifications, standards, etc.
Let's parse.

Employee Group: Exempt Employee Type: Full Time Job Category: Engineering Organization: Florida Power & Light Company Relocation Provided: Yes, if applicable
... then EEO etc.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, etc. Also remove "Requisition ID: 97189". Also remove "Employee Group: Exempt Employee Type: Full Time Job Category: Engineering Organization: Florida Power & Light Company Relocation Provided: Yes, if applicable" maybe keep? It's metadata but not a heading; we could fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could include a short paragraph with that metadata (like Employee Group, etc.) but it's not required. Probably better to drop it to keep only substantive content.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- About the role: could combine Position Specific Description and Job Overview. That's substantive.
- Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities (including sub-bullets). We'll output as
- each bullet.
- Requirements: Required Qualifications (Bachelor's, Experience). Also maybe include "The Ideal Candidate Would Have The Following" as part of Requirements or Skills? It's more like preferred qualifications but they said Preferred Qualifications: None. However they list "The Ideal Candidate Would Have The Following" which is effectively preferred qualifications. We should include that as part of Requirements or maybe a separate "Preferred Qualifications" section. Since they said Preferred Qualifications: None, but then they list ideal candidate items. This is contradictory. We should preserve the substantive info: the ideal candidate items. So we could put them under Requirements as well, or under a separate "Preferred Qualifications" section. Since they said Preferred Qualifications: None, but then they list items, maybe treat those as "Preferred Qualifications" despite the None note. To be safe, we could include a section "Preferred Qualifications" with those items. However the instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The posting does have specific content for ideal candidate items, so we can include a Preferred Qualifications section.
- Skills: Standards & Technical Frameworks could be considered Skills. We'll make a Skills section.
- Benefits: they mention benefits but no specifics; we should not create Benefits section because no specific content.
- Pay, Schedule: none.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Skills.
We need to use
for each section heading.
Inside each section, we need to use
for prose, and
- for any list.
For About the role: we have prose paragraphs. We'll combine into maybe two paragraphs.
For Responsibilities: we have categories with sub-bullets. We could flatten each bullet as
- . Or we could keep headings inside? But we should not create extra headings beyond
sections. So we just list all responsibilities as
- items. However we might lose grouping but it's okay. We need to preserve all substantive information; listing each bullet preserves the text.
Thus we will extract each bullet line under Key Responsibilities and its subcategories.
Let's list them:
