Sr. Power BI Developer

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including report development, dashboard design, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Azure data services and cloud-based BI solutions
• Experience with Sigma analytics platform
• Experience with Qlik Sense for data visualization and reporting
• Strong understanding of BI development lifecycle, reporting standards, and data analytics best practices
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics
• Experience working with enterprise data warehouse and cloud analytics environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
• Gather business requirements and collaborate with clients to understand reporting needs and define technical solutions
• Translate business requirements into effective data models, visualizations, and reporting frameworks
• Develop optimized SQL queries and data solutions to support BI reporting needs
• Work with Azure-based data platforms to implement scalable analytics solutions
• Perform data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BI solutions
• Ensure report accuracy, usability, and adherence to business and technical standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, data engineers, and technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting solutions
• Extensive experience with Power BI, SQL, and Azure
• Experience working directly with clients for requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation
