The Corporate Physical Security (CPS) Security Systems Support team seeks a key member to engage in job duties that reduce risk exposure in cyber and physical security, safeguard people, property, reputation, and shareholder value, and promote the mission of safeguarding the corporation. Responsibilities include developing and executing implementation plans for security system configuration changes, providing operational support and oversight of security systems, evaluating features and functionality for feasibility, facilitating product evolution discussions, acting as a subject matter expert for Security Operations software systems, providing vendor oversight, and ensuring compliance with management models and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee security systems and operation
• Oversee system architecture changes, upgrades, and system integrations
• Develop training and systems support for end users
• Assess feasibility of implementing security system features and functionality
• Oversee change management of security system updates and related outages
• Ensure efficient operation of intrusion detection, access control, and video systems
• Track and identify security system performance issues, effectively manage change in the system environment, and ensure effective integration of systems with IT systems depending on the data from the security systems
• Work independently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or related discipline. In lieu of a degree, at least 6 years combination of education and work experience.
• At least 4 years of security system experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of PC/desktop workstation applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Extensive Knowledge and Proficiency on the following systems: CCure 9000E, ExacqVision, DMP

Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Technical certifications related to electronic security systems, IT networks, and/or physical security protection

Pay

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $99,200.00/Yr. – $136,400.00/Yr. Annual Bonus for eligible positions: 15%

Schedule

This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This role is open to our offices within Chicago, IL; Owings Mills, MD; Kennett Square, PA; or Washington DC. You must be able to commute within our service area to be considered.
