Sr. Phlebotomist - Overnight Shift

Schedule: Full Time Pay Range: $22.05 - $30.45 / Hourly Shift: Night shift Hours: 8:30 pm-7:00 am Job Summary About this role Join our dedicated laboratory team and make a meaningful impact on patient care every day. Under the general direction of the Associate Client Services Manager and Phlebotomy Supervisor, the Sr. Phlebotomist plays a vital role in collecting high-quality blood specimens and ensuring accurate laboratory processing. In this role, you will be responsible for performing blood draws on patients of all ages and entering laboratory requisitions into the Laboratory Information System with precision and attention to detail. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages (pediatric through adult)Accurately label, process, and accession specimens in accordance with established protocolsAccurately register patients and enter orders into the Laboratory Information System (LIS)Enter patient and specimen data into laboratory systems with a high level of accuracyMaintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standardsDeliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experienceCollaborate effectively with clinical and laboratory teamsAdapt to changing priorities and support coverage at multiple locations as needed Minimum Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Minimum of three (3) years of phlebotomy experience required Licensure and/or Certification Phlebotomy certification preferred Skills & Competencies Strong venipuncture and specimen collection techniquesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environmentFlexibility to adjust priorities and travel between locations as neededStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsClear communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak EnglishProficiency with computer systems and data entryHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Why Join Us?
