Phlebotomist - Night shift

Major Responsibilities

• Collects and transports blood samples from inpatients and outpatients.
• Maintains drug screen collections and documents chain of custody.
• Monitors workload and resolves issues.
• Assists with clerical duties and specimen/report transport as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: Eligible for certification as a phlebotomist.
• Education: High School or GED Diploma Graduate, completed approved phlebotomy training course, or 6 months phlebotomy experience in a hospital or other patient care setting.
• Experience: Completion of approved phlebotomy training course, or 6 months phlebotomy experience in a hospital or other patient care setting.
