Sr. Personal Insurance Account Manager

About the role

Salem Five Insurance seeks a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in one of our six Massachusetts offices, providing personalized insurance solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-volume and complex personal lines customers, delivering tailored and proactive service.
• Engage with clients to discuss renewal options and evaluate current coverages, making consultative recommendations.
• Oversee the entire life cycle of personal lines policies, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Analyze client data and account performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and lead junior and personal lines account managers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments, producers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and two to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years Personal Lines experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Resident Property & Casualty Insurance license required.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, with competitive benefits and incentives.

Schedule

This position can be based in one of our six Massachusetts offices: Woburn, Danvers, Gloucester, Plymouth, or Norwood.
