Sr. Personal Banker
About the role
This on-site role in the Commercial Servicing Department is the first point of contact for a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. You will manage customer accounts, promote banking products and services, and deliver quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. Senior Personal Bankers may also review reports, assist other Personal Bankers, and support complex customer requests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a designated portfolio of Commercial Banking clients.
- Open all accounts for clients.
- Answer all client inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services.
- Provide the highest level of service to all clients, maintaining exemplary customer service standards primarily by telephone.
- Effectively respond to client needs with an emphasis on first-call resolution.
- Maintain strong product, operational, and commercial banking knowledge to resolve issues.
- Consistently comply with all Bank policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- May represent the Bank in civic and community events to enhance reputation and expand business opportunities.
- May review and approve daily reports as assigned and trained.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Banker or equivalent.
- 5 years of business new account opening experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Thorough understanding of business account documentation and requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of Wire Transfer Agreements and associated risks.
- Ability to communicate critical information under time constraints.

Pay
$25.00 - $36.00 hourly, with an AIP Bonus up to 5%. Final compensation will be determined by experience, education, skill level, internal equity, and geographic market data.
