Sr Performance Specialist

About the Role
This position is responsible for the site implementation of performance improvement (PI) programs, which may include Correction Action Process (CAP), Self-Assessment (SA), Benchmarking (BM), Human Performance (HU), Operating Experience (OPEX), Safety Culture (SC), Nuclear Safety Review Board (NSRB), and various Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) activities such as evaluation readiness, scheduling, and course coordination.
Responsibilities
- Implement performance improvement programs and provide support and oversight for those programs.
- Review site performance data and identify adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data.
- Support CAP investigations and issue review (IR).
- Manage performance indicators.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to prepare Management Review Meeting (MRM) packages.
- Perform additional job assignments as directed, including emergency response duties and coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, or
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience, or
- Associate’s degree with 7 years of related experience, or
- High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years exempt-level experience.
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination/testing in accordance with position duties.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PI/Operational Readiness (OR) programs.
- Previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license/certification.
- Root Cause Analysis qualification.
- Experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Operations.

Pay
Expected salary range of $113,400 to $126,000, based on experience.
This role is located in Middletown, PA at Crane Clean Energy Center (CEC).
