Sr. People Partner

About the role

This role will serve as a strategic advisor to go-to-market and broader People leaders, helping align talent priorities with business goals in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. The position will focus on diagnosing organizational needs, strengthening retention, and shaping people strategies that support scale. You will also partner closely with regional People Partners and program leaders to deliver thoughtful, data-informed solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to align talent priorities with business outcomes
• Diagnose organizational needs and drive creative problem-solving
• Execute core talent programs to enhance retention in go-to-market environments
• Collaborate with regional People Partners and program managers to develop strategic solutions
• Champion the company's cultural principles as the organization scales
• Travel quarterly for leadership meetings and team gatherings

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations
• Experience supporting go-to-market teams or broader People functions
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI for task automation
• Adaptable in fast-paced, changing environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using data to influence leadership decisions
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually

Schedule & location

Remote — US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available. Quarterly travel required for leadership meetings and team gatherings.
