About the role

• Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR strategies and initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee development, career planning, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and manage employee benefits programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology or professional services firm.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HR initiatives and processes.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and executives.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategies.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including benefits administration, compensation, and training programs.
• Experience with recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
• Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software tools.
