Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conducting component selection based on performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Performing high-speed signal integrity analysis to ensure precise timing and mitigate EMI impacts.
- Developing power profiles and selecting onboard power regulation and distribution systems to meet the circuit's power requirements.
- Specifying PCB stack-up criteria to optimize signal integrity and thermal management.
- Creating and executing validation and integration plans to verify the performance and functionality of the circuit board designs.
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Experience in circuit board design in either digital or analog.
- Familiarity with tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics PADS.
- Knowledge of component selection, power distribution, and PCB stack-up design.
- Ability to validate hardware and integrate with other PCBs and assemblies.
