Sr Payroll Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Analytics, Controllership and Business Finance Teams on inquires, trends, and discrepancies.
• Owning the payroll wage code mapping process with Controllership and Business Finance Teams.
• Support payroll budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll financial policies and regulations.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll financial management efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support payroll decision-making and strategic planning.
• Communicates payroll and regulation changes to Controllership that may impact financial and general ledger postings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in payroll financial analysis or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, financial analysis, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll and financial software systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other HR systems or technologies (Oracle and ADP experience a plus).
• Excellent communication skills at all levels in organization.

About the Role

Reports directly to our VP, Payroll and works on a Hybrid work schedule.

Impact the financial integrity of payroll processes, ensure timely and accurate payroll financial reporting and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.
