Sr. Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Audit, review, and reconcile Restaurant, International and Support Center payrolls on a weekly basis
• Distribute weekly audit reports to Payroll Specialists
• Support Payroll Supervisors by handling escalations
• Assist in the training and development of Payroll Specialists and new hires
• Maintain a high level of customer service through timely response to emails and tickets
• Process complex off-cycle payments (reversals, overpayments, duplicate employee merges)
• Assist with research and resolution of complex payroll-related matters
• Document and maintain best practices for payroll processing and implement new procedures as needed
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll-related items

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
• Payroll processing experience required
• Experience with Workday preferred
