As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will drive top-line revenue growth through the engagement of AWS Partners. The ideal candidate has experience in creating and delivering customer value by matching Partners' capabilities and solutions to customer needs identified by field sales reps and their teams. Key job responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategies to achieve Partner and Sales organization goals
  • Establish business and technical relationships with Partners, Sales teams, and Customers
  • Manage the day-to-day interactions between these organizations in order to create opportunities that ultimately deliver value to AWS Customers
  • Maintain a broad, holistic view of the AWS Partner community in local and regional markets and a deep understanding of partner capabilities and solutions that will delight AWS customers
  • Have a robust understanding of AWS Marketplace and ability to navigate procurement and finance relationships
  • Advise Sales teams and take on customer engagements to drive the value of Partners, recommending qualified Partners that can meet and support AWS customer needs
  • Manage Partner engagement in AWS accounts with a focus on business outcomes to expand existing AWS footprint as well as originate new Customer engagements with Partners to grow overall revenue
  • Become a trusted member of the Sales team to develop and execute on joint Partner/Sales strategy, own opportunity execution with Partners, leverage Partner programs, and coach Partners on strategy and best practices

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
  • Experience in direct field selling software or cloud solutions
  • Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification

Pay

Base salary range is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
