About the role

This role involves working on cutting-edge GIS projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the advancement of geographic information systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GIS applications using ArcGIS platform
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define requirements and scope
- Perform data analysis and visualization tasks
- Write and maintain documentation for GIS projects
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in GIS development or related field
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
- Experience with ArcGIS API for JavaScript and ArcPy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Experience with geospatial data processing and analysis
- Knowledge of web mapping technologies
- Understanding of GIS concepts and principles

Pay
Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate project needs.
