Sr. Partner Manager

About the role

The Sr. Partner Manager, US Public Sector at ServiceNow is responsible for supporting the company's vision of 'Partner Success' as synonymous with 'Customer Success'. This role involves leading co-sell/co-delivery efforts and managing 'Sourced' New Non-ATC Valued Added Contract Value (NNACV). The position requires producing new business opportunities in key accounts, ensuring partners deliver successful projects, and developing joint go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Work with ServiceNow key partners to meet government customer needs
• Support joint sales pursuits to drive "Sourced" NNACV
• Accelerate account growth through strategic partnerships
• Develop capacity plans to ensure partners can sell the Now Platform effectively
• Collaborate with marketing teams to generate demand
• Ensure alignment with Value Selling principles and Now Value guidelines

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes
• Broad business and technology expertise
• 10+ years in sales or 7+ years in partner management/consulting
• Experience in business development activities
• Matrixed organization experience
• Ability to partner with multiple sales teams
• Role as a trusted advisor

Benefits

Base pay range: $140,040 - $208,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Includes health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away, and family leave programs. Compensation varies based on location and work location.
