Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies focused on pressure pumping customers
- Identify opportunities to increase market share within existing and competitive frac fleets
- Drive conversion opportunities from competing packing and fluid-end consumable providers
- Generate new business within pressure pumping, stimulation, and completion operations
- Build and maintain relationships with district managers, fleet managers, maintenance managers, reliability engineers, supply chain teams, and operations leadership
- Conduct regular field visits, maintenance reviews, and customer business reviews
- Support customer field trials, product evaluations, and implementation plans
- Develop working knowledge of customer pumping operations, maintenance intervals, fluid-end configurations, and consumable usage
- Partner with Field Technical Advisors and Engineering on product trials, failure analysis, root cause investigations, product conversions, and customer training
- Monitor fleet activity, competitive share, customer maintenance practices, and market trends
- Provide regular reporting on fleet counts, market share opportunities, competitive activity, and conversion prospects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of oilfield sales experience in pressure pumping, hydraulic fracturing, or completion operations
- Proven experience selling directly to pressure pumping companies
- Existing relationships with major pressure pumping providers
- Track record of growing revenue and capturing market share in a competitive territory
- Experience selling one or more of the following is a strong plus: Well service packing or frac consumables, fluid-end components, pumps, valves, or pressure control equipment, Frac iron, fluid-end maintenance products, or reliability-focused consumables
