Sr. Ops Production Coordinator - Debit Card Ops (Onsite)

Overview

The Senior Operations Production Coordinator - Debit Card Ops (Onsite) role at Capital One is seeking a self-motivated individual with organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an open and collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will handle daily debit card exception transactions and complete TRIPS queue work.

General Responsibilities

• Process daily debit card exception transactions
• Complete queue work for Debit Card Recurring transactions and Card Issue requests
• Strong communication skills required to interact with internal partners
• Maintain team mailbox for general debit card maintenance or research requests
• Escalate process or system issues to leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• At least 1 year of data entry experience
• At least 1 year of banking or financial industry experience
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• At least 2 years of experience in banking or the financial industry
• At least 1 year of escalations experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a back office or data entry role
• At least 2 years of experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Location

This role is an essential position requiring onsite attendance. The team currently operates with 5 days in the office. Essential onsite positions may require changes to attendance requirements based on evolving business needs.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

• Richmond, VA: $49,774 - $49,774 for Sr Ops Prod Coor
