The Senior Operations Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the plant, fostering a safety-first culture and providing guidance to operational leaders. Key responsibilities include setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, planning and executing tasks, solving complex problems, and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
• Ten years Manager experience in a manufacturing environment

• Excellent leadership and management abilities
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 and Lean Manufacturing
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Change Management and Continuous Improvement
