Sr. Operations Executive & Sr. IT Manager

Position Summary

In this position, you will act as a strategic bridge between business operations and IT, leading digital initiatives and optimizing workflows across the organization. You will drive system design, client integrations, and digital transformation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational challenges and translate them into technical requirements
• Manage vendors and oversee system development projects, including UAT
• Design and implement internal applications and system integrations
• Lead EDI/API onboarding and technical support for clients
• Introduce automation solutions such as RPA to streamline processes
• Provide technical leadership in quality control and root cause analysis
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including workflow digitization and paperless processes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in logistics or 3PL environments
• Background in systems design, EDI implementation, or project management
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
• Strong knowledge of WMS, logistics systems, and EDI standards
• Experience with digital transformation and automation technologies (e.g., RPA, Microsoft 365 tools)

Pay

USD $ 100,000 – 120,000

Schedule

Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm (5 days at office)
