About the role
This role supports the logistics and inventory management for incoming and outgoing merchandise at Tiffany & Co., focusing on gemstones and pearls.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely receipt and distribution of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including verification and documentation compliance.
- Manage and maintain shipping supplies and coordinate order placements through Coupa as needed.
- Conduct monthly audits of outbound shipments and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain and document all shipment records in accordance with audit requirements and established TCO procedures.
- Perform detailed systematic receipt of diamonds using J.D. Edwards system, including transferring ownership and evaluating stones for standard proportions using Sarine technology.
- Prepare and ship stones to the Merchandise Testing Laboratory (MTL) and ensure proper documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead training sessions as needed.
- Adhere to Tiffany & Co. workplace policies and follow all safety measures and guidelines.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong orientation to customer service and/or related work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with J.D. Edwards.
- Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience handling stones (sorting, weighing, and picking).

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented with a willingness to work overtime.
- Experience handling sensitive and proprietary information.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing responsibilities within the Department.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.25 - $29.70 per hour, with the rate of pay dependent on relevant skills and experience.
