Sr. Operations Associate - Logistics

About the role

This role supports the logistics and inventory management for incoming and outgoing merchandise at Tiffany & Co., focusing on gemstones and pearls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt and distribution of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including verification and documentation compliance.
• Manage and maintain shipping supplies and coordinate order placements through Coupa as needed.
• Conduct monthly audits of outbound shipments and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain and document all shipment records in accordance with audit requirements and established TCO procedures.
• Perform detailed systematic receipt of diamonds using J.D. Edwards system, including transferring ownership and evaluating stones for standard proportions using Sarine technology.
• Prepare and ship stones to the Merchandise Testing Laboratory (MTL) and ensure proper documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead training sessions as needed.
• Adhere to Tiffany & Co. workplace policies and follow all safety measures and guidelines.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong orientation to customer service and/or related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with J.D. Edwards.
• Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience handling stones (sorting, weighing, and picking).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.25 - $29.70 per hour, with the rate of pay dependent on relevant skills and experience.
