Sr Operations Admin
About the role
The Sr Operations Admin position requires a minimum of four (4) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience. Experience in a dock operations environment or distribution center setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and review using Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
- Responding to customer requests with professionalism and accuracy
- Managing multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Performing quality assurance tasks involving various package weights, up to and including 150 lbs.
- Minimal travel required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- General business skills including typing, data entry, and use of phone, copier, and fax
- Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Weekend availability required
Preferred Qualifications
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications

Pay
Pay Transparency: 17.84 - 24.89 USD Hourly
