Sr Operations Admin
About the role
This position requires a combination of customer service, clerical, and related experience, preferably in a dock operations or distribution center setting. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing customer interactions, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Enter and verify data accurately using Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure high attention to detail and maintain accuracy in daily assignments and goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Four (4) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience
- Experience in dock operations or distribution center settings preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Customer service skills necessary to effectively respond to requests
- Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Pay
The starting pay range for this position is $17.63 - $17.34 per hour. Pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.
