Sr. Openshift Engineer

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift clusters on physical servers
• Automate infrastructure management tasks using Ansible or Python
• Configure and manage OpenShift networking and storage components
• Implement monitoring, logging, and troubleshoot the OpenShift environment
• Administer OpenShift control plane components and operators
• Collaborate with teams to migrate virtualization stack
• Establish and maintain security practices for OpenShift

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift
• 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying OpenShift on bare metal and using OpenShift Virtualization
• 3+ years of experience with Ansible automation
• Proficient in implementing Container Storage Interface (CSI) solutions like Ceph and Portworx
• Experience with Operators and OpenShift Lifecycle Manager (OLM)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Project management experience with Agile methodologies

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
